OUR MISSION
The Russian Federation and India are time-checked strategic partners.
On December 5, 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited India as part of the 23rd Russian-Indian annual summit "Russia-India: A Time-Tested Progressive Partnership Based on Trust and Mutual Respect."
The main day of the state visit included Russian-Indian talks and a plenary session of the joint business forum, which the Russian President participated in together with his counterpart, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The negotiations resulted in the signing of a program for the development of strategic areas of economic cooperation between the two countries until 2030. A total of 29 documents were signed, including those on temporary employment of citizens in the two countries, the exchange of information on goods and vehicles moving between Russia and India, and others.
The mission of the Russian-Indian Trading House is to develop trade, economic, and investment relations between the two countries, based on the implementation of agreements between the two states at the highest level, including the development of cultural, educational, tourism, scientific, and technological cooperation.
